How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by service tier: Standard (5-10 days), First-Class (2-5 days), Priority (1-3 days), and Certified Mail (2-5 days with signature). All packets are printed and mailed within 1 business day of order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only before printing starts. Once your order status changes from "ready" to "printing", it cannot be cancelled. Check your dashboard for current order status.

Do credits expire?

No! Credits never expire. Buy them when prices are good and use them whenever you're ready to send your resume.

What if the mail is returned as undeliverable?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund credits for incorrect addresses. We provide address lookup tools to help verify addresses before sending. Double-check all information before submitting your order.

Is my resume content private?

Absolutely. We only share your resume with our printing partner (Postgrid) and the mail recipient you specify. We never sell or share your content with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
